As the President and CEO of Motive Companies, Bob brings more than 21 years of industry expertise and experience to his role. His visionary leadership is generating a dynamic new direction for the organization. With an eye to the future, his focus is on unifying and growing Motive’s distinct energy and infrastructure companies into one seamless EPC to deliver a one-stop-shop for Motive’s customers.

Bob is a serial entrepreneur who has had immense success growing his portfolio of companies and has sourced and integrated over 10 acquisitions since taking oversight of the group. He attributes a large portion of his success to pursuing business ventures with people he likes and cares about and treat him accordingly. As such, his extensive network constantly seeks him out with M&A opportunities. 

Bob’s competitive nature in business also manifests itself on the golf course and while jogging, and he also enjoys motorcycles and boats. He also serves as a board member for Dream Street, Orangewood, and Music Movement and is active with Food on Foot.?  

A lifetime Californian, Barry co-founded Motive Workforce Solutions (formerly Two Roads Professional Resources) in 1996.??Barry develops and oversees programs that enable MWS temporary and permanent placement teams across North America to connect employers with highly skilled technology professionals.??With over 30 years of experience, Barry has provided strategic talent solutions to companies and developed and executed strategies to help grow business and improve employee retention.?Barry created the vision and has developed an internal talent acquisition team for Motive Companies that supports numerous emerging technologies. 

Barry invests time in continued learning and networking, and is an active participant and Board Member of the Digital Enterprise Society and the American Staffing Association. When out of the office, Barry is an active ultra runner and ironman triathlete. He has completed numerous 100 mile+ runs and believes the best business decisions are made on the trails and out in nature.??Barry resides in Long Beach and has a very active family. Wife Erin is a top Triathlete/Spartan athlete; daughter Abbey is a lifeguard, long distance swimmer and triathlete; and son Eli is a top high school water polo player.? The entire Vince family is engaged and active with numerous charities including Challenged Athletes Foundation, Up & Running Again, Long Beach Rescue Mission, Orangewood Foundation and Children Today.

As the Vice President and co-owner Motive Workforce Solutions, Sarah brings a progressive vision with a background in talent acquisition and marketing. Sarah’s vast knowledge of business development along with a proven record of helping companies identify skilled talent is instrumental in MWS success.??? 

“Our focus is finding the right talent for our clients and assisting in strategic workforce planning” says Cameron. She has a passion for promoting Women in Business or diversity from different backgrounds.?She wants to help others grow and break into new roles many think might not be possible.??? 

Sarah graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BS in Economics and from Chapman University with a Master of Business Administration.?She is a mom with two teenagers who are greatly involved in high school events.?Sara’s an excellent golfer and athlete all around.?Last year she swam on a relay team from Catalina to Long Beach.
