Motive Workforce Solutions is expanding into Reno to support local employers, strengthen the regional workforce, and invest in the community for the long term.
Motive is new to Reno, but not new to the work. With 30 years of staffing, recruiting, consulting, and workforce solutions experience, the company is bringing a proven workforce model to one of the region’s growing markets.
The Reno expansion will support employers across temporary staffing, direct hire recruiting, HR consulting, professional placements, and workforce development. Motive serves a wide range of roles across management, skilled labor, technical services, finance and accounting, operations, administrative support, human resources, manufacturing, construction, energy, aerospace, and logistics.
The Reno market will be supported locally by Luis Reyes, CPC, a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran with more than 24 years of experience in recruiting, business development, sales, client relationship management, workforce development, and strategic partnerships.
Luis has built his career around service, responsiveness, and delivering results for clients, candidates, and business partners. His experience gives Motive a strong local foundation as the company expands its presence in Reno.
This expansion also includes a deeper community investment through Merge Opportunities. In partnership with Merge, Motive will help young adults facing career barriers access training, coaching, job readiness support, and pathways into employment.
That support includes young adults from underserved communities, including foster youth, individuals facing housing insecurity, justice-impacted individuals, and people rebuilding their lives and careers.
