Giving Back Is A Priority
Workforce empowerment and community service is a top priority and core value of our culture at MWS. We promote inclusion through a wide variety of team-wide volunteer programs led by members of our workforce.
Some of the organizations we support include:
The Orangewood Foundation, an organization that helps underserved youth in wellness, housing, life skills & employment.
Children Today, which supports families who face homelessness in the Southern California area. Some of our employees serve on the board.
Bayshore Triathlon, an annual event that supports Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF).
Challenged Athletes Foundation, an organization that helps individuals with physical challenges get access to sports.
We also promote health and wellness and inclusive team building by offering company-paid gym and workout events for all employees.
